How long does the experience last?

Our tastings offer an immersive experience lasting approximately 2 hours, with additional time allocated for larger groups. During this time, you’ll delve into the fundamentals of wine, including learning how to saber, and have the opportunity to sample some truly unique wines!

How many wines are included in a tasting session?

We typically offer a selection of 3-4 wines, which we find to be the sweet spot for an enjoyable experience. However, we are more than happy to accommodate additional selections upon request.

How are the wines chosen for the tasting?

After every consultation, I strive to select wines that may resemble ones you’ve previously enjoyed, ensuring familiarity. Additionally, I aim to introduce you to unique selections that are sure to excite your palate and expand your wine horizons.

Max amount people for tasting?

At SommBae, we welcome groups of any size, whether small or larger gatherings. However, we find that the sweet spot for an optimal experience typically ranges between 6 to 9 persons.

What wines are included in the tasting sessions?

The choice is yours! While we have curated bundles available to streamline the process, we are also happy to craft a custom lineup tailored specifically to your group's preferences and interests.

What are methods of payment accepting?

SommBae uses Square payment processing company which works with any US-issued and most internationally-issued magstripe or chip cards bearing a Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, or UnionPay International logo.

Square also supports mobile wallets such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay.

When do I pay?

To secure your booking, we require a 50% deposit, which will be deducted from the final payment. The remaining balance, along with the cost of the wine, is settled at the time of service.
