Gyasmine's wine journey began as a personal exploration after attending many wine dinners and indulging in fine dining experiences. After taking the Wine & Spirits Education Trust: Level I Award in Wines, her knowledge of wine and all that it entailed broadened. Since then, acquiring three 1nore wine education certifications, Gyasmine has decided to make a career out of wine. This passion has evolved into a mission to share exceptional vinous moments, focusing on the marriage of exquisite wines and personalized, luxurious experiences.

Hey there! I'm Gyasmine, a sommelier on a mission to make wine approachable, fun, and downright delicious. Originally from Augusta, GA, I fell in love with the world of food and beverage at 18, which led me on a delightful journey into the intricate world of fine wines.
It all started with a captivating wine maker's dinner that ignited my curiosity. I decided to dive deeper and signed up for WSET Level 1— literally just for fun. Little did I know, that course would open up a world of possibilities and paths within the wine industry. A few years after, I kept working in the industry and traveling to vineyards to absorb as much knowledge as possible and then SommBae was born.
With certifications including WSET Level 1 Award in Wine, WSET Level 2 Award in Wine, and completion of the Court of Masters Sommeliers Introductory Course, I'm here to bring the world of wine to your doorstep. Whether it's a cozy night in with friends or a special celebration, let's explore the world of wine together in the comfort of your home. Cheers to new adventures in every glass!
